Well hello! My name is Faith Raines and I am the woman behind By Faith Photo! I am a wife and a stay at home momma to my two wonderful kids. The four of us live in a cozy little home in Columbus, Ohio with our adorable cat. And though each day can be chaotic, my goal is to always find the beauty in the chaos, which is why I love my job as a family photographer. Capturing your beauty in your own perfect chaos.
Where it all began
I started out my business 8 years ago by photographing seniors. Soon after that, I added in weddings and that became my absolute favorite thing to shoot. After having my first child in 2018, my love for shooting weddings has shifted into a love for photographing families. Something about having a family of my own made me so passionate about capturing other families in a similar stage of life.

In the midst of being a wife and a momma of two, I love getting to put my storyteller hat on and step out of my home to tell the stories of all of the families I get to photograph. Every story is different and that is the wonderful part about what I do. Every session, every story, has it's own beginning, middle, and end. And my job is to tell that story beautifully. Your story. And doing that is truly an honor.
